A Bakersfield man has claimed a quarter-million-dollar lottery prize and thanked God for the windfall, according to a California Lottery spokesman. The man asked state officials to not release his name.
“I just feel so blessed, like God blessed me,” the man told Lottery officals, according to a news release.
