Greensburg man wins $77K in Hoosier Lotto

Michael McKinsey of Greensburg liked the look of the Hoosier Lottery Scratch-off Ticket Scorching 7’s because it was number 18 in the display case at a local gas station. His son turns two October 18, so he chose that ticket, resulting in a $77,777 win.

“That lady [the clerk] was jumping up and down,” he said. “She said ‘I can’t believe I just sold that winning ticket.”

Roanoke Couple Claims Lotto Jackpot

Forgetting his glasses paid off in a big way for a Roanoke man.
Bobby Guffey and his wife Janell have claimed a $3 million Hoosier Lotto jackpot.

Guffey says he always plays the same numbers. But on the day he forgot his glasses, he inadvertently marked different numbers on the lotto sheet.
